Dr. Randy Britt
earned an Associate of Arts degree
in Music from Florida College in
Temple Terrace, Florida, in 1969. He
then earned his Doctorate of
Veterinary Medicine in 1976 from
Auburn University in Alabama. He has
three children – Luke (Bonnie)
Britt, Erin (Nick) Hardy, and Seth
Britt. Dr. Randy has four
grandchildren- Kole, Adason , Kye
and Max. He has three pets- the love
of his life, Decoy, a British Black
Lab, Gator, a rambunctious American
Bulldog and Rachel a tabby house
cat. Doc enjoys any outdoor sports
and hobbies, relaxing in front of
the fire at his cabin, and dressing
up as Santa Claus each year to raise
money for Camp Smile-A- Mile (See
the story of Santa underneath his
bio!). He is also a big fan of
homemade desserts.

Dr. Robert Edwin
Britt earned an Associate
of Arts degree from Florida College
in Temple Terrace, Florida in 1979.
He then earned a Bachelor of Animal
and Dairy Science degree in 1983 and
a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine
in 1985 from Auburn University where
he was on the Dean’s Honor Roll. Dr.
Rob has been married to his wife,
Pam for 31 years. They have two
sons, Adam and Dakota. The Britts
have a Maltese, Sam, and four cats-
Milo and Remington, orange tabbies,
Sweet Pea, a calico, and Lady Bug (Buggie),
a black and white polydactyl kitty.
Sweet Pea and Remi live at the
clinic. They also have several pet
chickens, turkeys and peacocks. Dr.
Rob enjoys competitive shooting,
reloading ammunition, automotive and
machinery mechanical repair, fishing
and gardening. |

Dr. Joshua Bryan
Morgan earned an
Associate of Science degree at
Central Alabama Community College in
Alexander City, Alabama, in 1999. He
then earned a Bachelor of Science
majoring in Biology with a minor in
Chemistry from Shorter College in
Rome, Georgia in 2001. Dr. Josh
completed his education with a
Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine
from Tuskegee University in 2006. He
was a Baseball Scholar Athlete at
both Central Alabama Community
College and Shorter College. In his
final year at Tuskegee, Dr. Josh was
awarded the TUSVM Senior Surgery
Award. He has been married to his
wife, Emily for three years. They
have a son, Bryan and are expecting
a baby in January. Dr. Josh also has
a stepson, Justin and a
stepdaughter, Hannah. The Morgans
have three dogs- Bud, a Rottweiler
Mix, Dixie, a Basset Hound Mix, and
Jennie Weenie, a Miniature
Dachshund. Dr. Josh enjoys anything
where he can be outdoors and is
quite proud of his grilling skills. |

Dr. Katie Eckenrod
Stipes, our newest member
of the BAH family, is originally
from Cullman, Alabama. She graduated
from the University of Alabama in
2007, earning a Bachelor of Science
degree (majoring in Biological
Sciences). Dr. Katie then traveled
to the loveliest village on the
plains where she earned her
Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in
May 2011. She and her husband Chris
were married in June. They have a
four-year-old female Scottish
Terrier named Bear (you can tell
where their football allegiances
lie), a two-year-old female Siamese
named Aubie (who is in constant
battle with Bear), and a red-eared
slider turtle named Squirt. Dr.
Katie enjoys spending time with
family and friends, traveling, and
all things Alabama football. |
